planning for Instagram

The Ad Strategist was a company created by Amanda Bond, a Facebook Ads expert, and Marketing Strategist. The purpose of the company was to teach B2B and B2C organizations how to scale their businesses using Facebook Ads. My goal when creating a content plan for her Instagram was to rebrand the old @theadstrategist page to fit the new branding according to the brand guideline that I’ve also created for this startup. I wanted to create a dashboard that was a mix of personal and professional content that is relevant to the business, unlike some of her old personal content (which did not relate to Facebook Ads at all). I also wanted a page with an emphasis on Reels, to take advantage of the recent algorithm, and grow the page. The design process for all my projects usually consists of the following:

In this case, before a post can be approved, I was required to transfer these designs to Google Slides so the Art Director and I can arrange the sequence of these posts. This was a rough plan of what the dashboard might look like before we schedule them.
